Just like the original slot game, this 5-reel and 10 fixed paylines game offer the same colorful visuals and an impressive lineup of features and prizes.

In this high-volatility slot game, the race is on for the Treasure Hunt and the exploration of the Skull Cavern to collect a jackpot of up to 5,000 times your bet. This is a very high volatility slot game from Play n’ GO but it offers challenges for the players looking for treasures.

Follow the Tracks
Just like in the original Hugo slot game, the troll is on an expedition to explore the treasures. You will instantly notice its theme when you open the game to play for free or in real money mode. The game uses a 3 by 5 playing grid with the rail tracks leading to the cave as the background.

On the reels, you will find the parts of the train tracks as the primary symbols. You will find a mine cart, a lever, Hugo’s hat, and the key. The key offers the biggest payout of up to 100 times your bet. You can also rely on the mine cart which brings up to 75 times your bet.

Explore the Treasures and Trap the Witch
Exciting things happen when you start to land the special symbols and unlock some important features, as explained below:

- Wilds. Hugo returns as the wild symbol of the game. When our favorite troll makes his appearance, players can count on winnings of up to 50 times the stake. Also, the troll can substitute for other symbols including the game’s scatter.
- Scatters. The eager beaver serves as the scatter and the symbol can land on reels 1, 3, and 5. If you land these symbols, you instantly activate the Troll Race Free Spins Feature and you instantly collect 10 free spins. There’s a special scatter on this game, the Beaver Cleaver, and can trigger an extra 5 spins. If you can trigger this symbol for the third time, you will enter the Skull Cavern Bonus.
- Free spins. The Troll Race is the game’s free spins mode. This feature allows you to collect multiplier coins. And if you collect at least 4 coins, you can enjoy four x2 multipliers.
- Bonus game. The Skull Cavern is the game’s bonus round. You can activate the feature by landing three Beaver Cleaver symbols or through 3 witch Afskylia symbols.

This game does not offer a progressive jackpot but with its top prize of up to 5,000 times your bet, Hugo 2 becomes an exciting slot game to play. Check out this Play n’ GO slot game today and join Hugo in the quest to challenge the witch and win the treasures.
