Fire Joker Blitz Slot - Play N Go

Those in the know are well aware that Play'n GO has a habit of building a good number of its games around the famous joker character. The flaming jester arrives for a sequel that is shaping up to be iconic in the Fire Joker Blitz slot by Play'n GO, released in August 2025! You will find a sizzling classic on an expanded playing field featuring coins to collect, respins, and different free spins modes — all with the joker by your side, always ready to deliver scorching rewards.

A quick recap: the Fire Joker series kicked off in June 2016 with the original — very retro and classic in style. It then evolved with the Freeze and 100 versions, which added some interesting technical touches, and now comes the Blitz version, here to shake up the entire gameplay and offer players even bigger, more surprising wins. You will find the familiar backdrop of incandescent diamond patterns that gives a burning feel to the reels. The game grid itself — always on the verge of going up in flames — has expanded to accommodate 6x4 reels and 4,096 ways to win. This is quite a shift from the previous setups that ran on a 3x3 grid with only 5 active lines, and it genuinely changes the dynamics of the game.

The Fire Joker Blitz slot still offers medium volatility and an RTP of around 96.29%. Its win potential reaches 6,000x the bet and every player can wager between €0.10 and €100 per spin to get started.

Winning combinations form when 3, 4, 5, or 6 identical symbols land on adjacent reels starting from the leftmost reel and moving right. Among the paying symbols, the bell can pay between 0.40x and 8x the bet (it is also the only symbol that can pay from just 2 aligned symbols), the 7 pays between 0.60x and 5x the bet, the star and BAR pay between 0.40x and 3x the bet, fruits such as plum, grape, lemon, and cherry pay between 0.10x and 2x the bet, and the X rewards between 0.10x and 1x the bet. The joker appears as a Wild and can substitute for all symbols except Scatters, the Fire Joker Collector, and Cash Coins.

In terms of features, Fire Joker Blitz offers Cash Coins and Bonus Cash Coins to collect, Blazing Respins, multiplier Free Spins, and Blitz Spins.

Cash Coins & Bonus Cash Coins
You need to land the Fire Joker Collector to collect all Cash Coins on screen. Cash Coin symbols can be worth between 0.50x and 25x the bet. All Bonus Cash Coins, including the Minor (x100), Major (x250), and Mega Coins (x1,000), can be collected twice.

Blazing Re-Spins
If 2 Fire Joker Collector symbols appear without any Cash Coins on screen, the Blazing Re-Spins feature grants a second chance where only Cash Coins can appear on the reels.

Golden Fire Joker
If Cash Coin symbols appear on the reels without a Fire Joker Collector, those coins are collected into the Golden Fire Joker. It can grow in size as more Cash Coins are collected. A prize between 10x and 5,000x the bet can be awarded randomly during the game.

Choose Your Spins
By landing 3, 4, 5, or 6 Scatter symbols (diamond), you can choose between 10, 15, 20, or 25 Free Spins — or 5, 10, 5, or 20 Fire Blitz Spins. There is also a mystery option that randomly picks one of the two for you.

Here are the specifics of each mode:

- Fire Blitz: During this bonus, only Cash Coins and Fire Joker Collector symbols appear on the reels, along with empty spaces. You can collect coins worth up to 150x or Bonus Cash Coins Minor, Major, and Mega. A Fire Joker Collector is guaranteed to appear during the bonus, and all Bonus Cash Coins can be collected twice.

- Free Spins: In this mode, you play spins without Cash Coins or Fire Joker Collector symbols, with all other symbols in play. Each spin awards a win multiplier and symbols are collected in a counter. Every time 4 Scatter symbols are collected, a new level is unlocked, stacking more Free Spins and better multipliers up to x50 at the fourth level.

Up to 6,000x the bet to win with the joker!
The use of the joker character in a Play'n GO game is a formula we know well by now, but the studio has brought enough changes to the gameplay to give Fire Joker Blitz a real identity of its own compared to the previous titles in the series. The overall package is fairly straightforward but will appeal to fans of retro-style games. Here, the focus is on coin collection — both in the base game and in the bonus if players go for the Fire Blitz option. A win potential reaching up to 6,000x the bet is also a welcome bonus; by comparison, the original could only deliver a maximum win of 800x. A solid slot worth trying, though not necessarily one that will leave a lasting impression.
