Sugar Twist 1000 Slot - Pragmatic Play

Well, well — what do we have here? The same sweet world again, packed with cream and gelatin? Why yes, it's the 1,000 version of a modern classic... so let's make a pit stop and reschedule that dentist appointment for later.
Released in June 2026, this variant from Pragmatic Play is exclusive to select operators. If you've already spent time with the original Sugar Twist or Sugar Rush 1000, you won't be lost! You'll still find Cluster Pays payouts paired with position multipliers, with a few tweaks thrown in.
The Sugar Twist 1000 grid features 7 reels and 7 rows — 49 positions where candies pay in clusters, meaning blocks of at least 5 identical symbols connected horizontally or vertically. RTP is 98%, one of the highest you'll come across, volatility is high, and the maximum win reaches 25,000x the bet. To join in, bet between €0.20 and €240 per spin.
The three gummy bears pay between 0.20x and 30x the bet depending on cluster size, complemented by the green star and blue candy — slightly more generous (between 0.40x and 60x the bet). The orange heart and red lollipop are the premium symbols, capable of reaching up to 100x and 150x the bet for a cluster of 15 or more symbols. There's no Wild to look for, but an ice cream Scatter triggers free rounds and can appear on all reels.
Stack the cascades — which reset positions after each win — and the position multipliers, which climb as symbols explode in the same spot.
Tumble
With each winning combination, the involved symbols explode and disappear. Remaining ones fall to the bottom and new symbols tumble from above to fill the gaps. As long as a new win forms, cascades continue. Wins are credited once all cascades from the initial spin have played out.
Multiplier Spots
Each time a winning symbol explodes, it marks its position on the grid. From the second explosion on the same cell, a multiplier kicks in: it starts at x2 and doubles with each new explosion at that spot, up to a maximum of x1,024. This multiplier applies to all winning combinations that form above it, and if multiple multipliers contribute to the same win, they are added together. In the base game, these marked positions stay active until the end of the cascade sequence, then everything resets.
Free Spins
Land 3, 4, 5, 6, or 7 Scatters anywhere on screen to unlock 10, 12, 15, 20, or 30 free rounds respectively. The major difference from the base game is that marked positions and their multipliers no longer reset: they stay in place for the entire duration of the bonus and keep climbing through cascades, spin after spin. The feature can also be re-triggered by landing 3 or more Scatters during the bonus, adding the same number of extra rounds.
Buy Feature
Two purchase options are available — another addition compared to the original Sugar Twist:
- Pay 100x the bet to directly trigger Free Spins.
- Pay 500x the bet for Super Free Spins, a mode where x2 starting multipliers are already placed on every position of the grid.
Up to 25,000x Your Bet in This New Candy Land
Statistically, Sugar Twist 1000 is hard to fault. The same 98% RTP — one of the market's highest — this time paired with a win potential five times greater, going from 5,000x to 25,000x the bet, and a position multiplier that now climbs to x1,024 versus x128 in the original.
Beyond the numbers, there isn't much here that'll catch you off guard. The sweet, candy-coated universe has been recycled so many times you'd get a cavity just looking at the screen. If you love this candy land aesthetic, you'll enjoy it — mostly when the multipliers start stacking up serious values. But if you've already put plenty of hours into this type of game, don't expect the visuals — seen a thousand times before — to knock your socks off.
